At A&T Services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy.
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. However, payment gateway fees and processing charges will be deducted from your refund.
If the order is canceled after dispatch, two-way shipping charges + gateway fees will be deducted before the refund is processed.

You may return or request a replacement within 14 days of receiving your product if:
The product is defective, damaged, or not as described
Parts or accessories are missing
The product does not meet our quality standards
Laptops & Desktops: 1-Year Warranty (if selected at purchase)
Battery & Adapter: 6-Month Warranty
MacBooks: 6-Month Warranty
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Physical, accidental, or liquid damage is not covered.
Resolution time: Up to 30 days (includes technician visit, pickup, repair & delivery). If unresolved, A&T Services may refund/replace with 1% per month depreciation.
Return your device anytime during the warranty period under our Buyback Program, subject to:
Minimum 10% deduction or 3% per month depreciation
Additional deductions for customer-induced damage (See Section 3.2)
Please ensure the following:
Product must be in original condition with box, tags, and accessories
No physical damage or misuse by the customer
All personal data must be erased from the device
For change-of-mind or wrong order returns, restocking fees may apply
Package must be secure to prevent transit damage
Contact our support team to initiate a return
Await approval and return instructions
In some cases, a technician visit may be scheduled to inspect the product
After return, the product will undergo a quality check at our warehouse
If approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated
We do not accept returns for:
Damaged products caused by misuse
Customized or modified devices
Incomplete returns (missing parts/accessories)
If undelivered due to logistics issues, we will refund within 14 business days, minus shipping costs
If returned due to missed delivery or unresponsive customer, advance payment may be forfeited
Upon receiving the product at our warehouse and post inspection:
Defective product: Full refund (minus used period depreciation if applicable)
Non-defective product: Refund minus 10% restocking fee or 3% per month, whichever is higher
Additional charges apply for customer-induced damages
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to a bank account for COD orders within 14 business days.
All returns undergo a multi-point inspection. If the product fails quality checks (e.g., performance, hardware integrity), it is accepted for a full refund. If it passes, restocking or depreciation charges apply.
Any visible wear and tear, missing parts, water damage, or other misuse will result in deductions as per our damage assessment policy.
A&T Services reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page and are effective immediately.

Refuse returns not meeting the above criteria
Limit excessive return activity
Make final decisions on refund/replacement eligibility
