2. A & T Services Inc. will provide one year onsite warranty if person/company buys more than one laptop/ Desktop.
3. A & T Services Inc. will provide warranty on Hardware no warranty will be provided on Software.
4. A & T Services Inc. will provide 3 months Warranty on Laptop Battery.
5. A & T Services Inc warranty will not include any Physical and Liquid Damages to Laptop /Desktop.
6. A & T Services Inc will not be Responsible for the Display Issue (Lining and Discoloration) Post Delivering the Product. It Is Advised to Check The Product Properly and Make a Unboxing Video.
7. If a system is returned under warranty A & T Services Inc cannot guarantee safety of any classified Data. It is the Customer’s responsibility to backup all Data including Application Programs prior to returning any system to A & T Services Inc.
8. A & T Services Inc. Will solve your problem within 48 Working Hours in Delhi & NCR and Outstation the Time period will be One Week.
9. If Second Party wants early support than second party have to pay Rs 500 to A&T Services Inc.
10. A & T Services Inc will take Desktop and Laptop on remote and try to solve the issues.
11. A component will be declared void and out of warranty if goods are mishandled, struck by lightning or power surges.
12. In the event that a system or hardware is sent to us under warranty and it is discovered that the fault has arisen due to misuse, neglect, mishandling, incorrect or improper use, we may, at our discretion, charge for parts and/or labour.
13. In the event that a system or hardware is sent to us under warranty and it is discovered that the system is functioning as intended, or that the fault has arisen as a result of a software issue, we may, at our discretion, charge for our labour.
JURISDICTION
That all the disputes connected with the terms of this agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Tis Hazari Delhi only
